Lemon-Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
* 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Enough marinade for 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of protein. Marinate for 4-12 hours in the fridge– scrape off marinade and grill.
