Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise at any Famous Footwear store, or mail it with the original sale receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.
