Oven Bacon (perfect every time, NO splatters!)
This really isn’t a recipe– it’s only a process, but it’s simple and simply brilliant!
Ingredients:
Bacon (mmmmm, bacon!)– that’s it!
Method:
Place bacon on a rimmed baking sheet (lay it out flat and non-overlapping) put into a COLD (yes, COLD!!!) oven. Turn the oven on to 400*, the bacon should be perfect even BEFORE the oven heats up (start checking it at 12 minutes– it depends on your oven and how thick the bacon is!)– seriously, NO splatter and perfect bacon everytime.

We do it, only with parchment paper. No mess clean up, fabuLESS!
