fabuLESS tip: That tax refund is YOUR money, not a gift– use it fabuLESSly well!
If you get a tax refund, in most cases, it’s simply because YOU withheld TOO much from your paycheck, it’s YOUR money that you’re getting back (after loaning it to Uncle Sam with NO interest, no less!), not a “gift”– you shouldn’t spend that money ANY differently than you spend a regular paycheck– again, it’s YOUR money, not a “gift”– if anything, use those funds to pay off debt and/or build your emergency fund– and, if possible, adjust your withholding so you get MORE in each paycheck and LESS next year as a refund– stay fabuLESS!
